Digital Downloads

• All digital downloads purchased from Ziphaus are delivered instantly upon successful payment.

• If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital download, please contact us at hello@ziphaus.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Creative Services

• Fulfillment timelines for creative services will be outlined in the service agreement provided at the start of the project. This agreement will include specific deliverables, milestones, and deadlines tailored to your project.

• Deliverables may be reviewed on a third-party platform or collected by the client on a third-party platform, as outlined in the service agreement.

• Any changes to the agreed-upon timeline, deliverables, or platform for review/collection must be documented and mutually approved in writing.

General Terms

• Ziphaus is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to technical issues, client delays in providing necessary materials, or force majeure events.

• All deliverables will be deemed accepted upon delivery or upload to the agreed-upon third-party platform unless the client notifies Ziphaus of any concerns within 7 days.
